These are definately work-in-progress...
Btw, before anybody says, there is very little body filler on it. I fiberglassed it, then used reinforced body filler for the low spots, then lightwieght body filler to even it out. Now I need to put glazing putty on it to fill any pin holes, sand the entire console smooth, and paint it. This is to complement my custom dash piece.

You'll definately wanna hit that with some black primer or something- it will bring out the spots that need touched up...
Looks great.
I made the exact same thing, then I gave up.

Um... idle tuning...
Thanks guys. I want it basically done by the time I get my car back (hopefully soon). It'll be sanded smooth then painted a gunmetal on top, and gloss black on the bottom. Should go nice with my synthetic leather racing seats.
Now I just have to figure out where to mount the Greddy electronic boost controller that I just bought

looks good, did you already test fit it to see if you can get it in there? One of my many console I made (never finished any of them too lazy) wouldn't fit in there unless took the passsenger seat out for a little more wiggle room.
Definately interested in finished pictures! Pics of the dash it's complimenting?
Fatalic-
Yeah, I test fitted it, and it fits in just fine. I wanted to make sure that the part that sticks up didn't hit the bottom of the dash before I did any fiberglassing.
Joe-
Kind of a bad pic, but you get the idea. Its in primer in that picture (and still is), since it still needs a little work done to it.
