okay so i was browsing on ebay, looking for new fenders for our car, and as ityped in "drift cavalier" in the search bar, i realized that my pictures had been used for 8 different listings.
I also noticed another picture that i believe is "shauns" car showing of the BC2 kit.I sent the ebayer a message and he hasnt responded yet...what do i do in this type of situation? he put his logo on our pictures. do i ask for a discount and ask that his logo be taken off of there, or do i contact ebay about it??
well anyhow, here are
our pictures
and here is the post with shauns pictures :

I would just say let em use it I guess? If they like what you did enough to use your pick then go ahead. I dont know if you could get anything out of it?
thats kinda what i was thinking, im gna at least have him take his name off of the picture, or at least put, picture donated by skyler & kacie prahl or something like that ya know

nope all i did was notify ebay. It isn't really that big of a deal to me, but the point is they could have atleast asked before they used them. I think that if they like the pic enough to steal it then it must be ok looking
But then again I don't know of any other pics of the 03+ BC2 yet.
Thanks
Shaun

i would worry about it if the kits the seller is selling are crap... personally, i wouldn't my car associated with a product that i've never used or have any experience with...
