Bro, I have nothing against you. You have actually been mature in your responses. I really mean good luck with the project.

Why did you have to strip the paint?? just for fun?? A base paint job is the best primer there is, unless the surface was really bad you shouldnt have to take it down to metal. If you do take it down to bare metal your going to need to apply a metal etching primer before any other primer.
This is why I would personally never strip something to bare metal unless it already had a few paint jobs.. I dont know what your doing, looks like working on shaving a spare trunklid. Stripping it isnt nessecarily wrong, it's just kinda like you did alot more work to get further behind. like you didnt gain anything but took a few steps back instead.. If your not sure of soemthing post on here or research before b/c theres alot of guys on here that can help.
yeah im shaving it and probally molding a wing but it really doesnt matter that i stripped it though i am doing everythingn but paint myself so no biggie. and i have time next show isnt till end of jan.

bags on a stock kit...its pretty hot if you ask me
Looks good. What type of spoiler are you molding onto it?
the rksport one im not postive if i am molding but if i do ill have the pics up by this weekend if i do it. between school and work its hard to do it
el fuego i thought about it but then i thought that would waste time since i didnt have any laying around so i took a couple stupid burns to the arms but oh well. hahaha
i would mold it , but thats just me it will look alot cleaner when done
I would worry about the bass from any system you put back there breaking up the mold though? I took my spoiler off for that similar reason. The bass flex was just breaking it up and rattling the @!#$ out of everything back there.
Yeah, I worry about molding everything and the bass coming from my trunk. But ah, well, if it screws up, I guess I'll just fix it. I'm not sure that I'll have this attitude about it after I finally get it painted, though!
