well, i figured it was time to redo the suspension. recently, cops have really been pushing the no rubbing in the fenderwall law, so i decided it was time to take a step up... about 3/8" up that is...
Heres the reason... rubbing like a hooker
well, that and these springs and struts have prety much had it...... going to a new home..... some idiot i like to call CavFire2nv (suncav, spinning taz, whatever he prefers today)
And so it begins.... the delivery boy dropped off some new springs for me (from deflux) Canuck Motorsport ones...
"no mom, im not doing the laundry"
Got all 4 mounted withing about 2 hours... including mounting the springs on the struts (stock)
Ghetto Garage air conditioning lol
heres the old junkers... look at that pornum
End result brought me 4 things...
1. Cracked Socket... Ah well lifetime warranty is good for something!
2. Whole wack load of blood
3. Some nice NEWLY LEGAL drinking.. (working on cars is funner with beers lol)
4. Nice ride height, nice ride quality
and yah, i know im gonna miss the tucking tires, but i feel that it was causing more harm than it was worth... besides, i think the new look is more agressive.....
yay
looks good man... i love that color... i was looking at an '04 Z24 the other day in that color cuz of how much i like ur car...

Now Blazing: Northern Lights
how are those on stock struts? i have been thinking of doing that.. since i am saving for air i dont wanna spend 500+ on a suspension.
im gonna be honest its bouncy as @!#$...... i spilt my tim hortons coffee from the bounceness...... but, its fun... makes you feel like your driving a race car...... till you get out and see its just a cavalier..... lol
Mini GTO deff looks like on in the pic with the new springs from the side. I think at certian angles all non kitted Cavaliers look like Mini GTO's looks really good though! what was the drop 1.5"? What struts are they? stocks?
