And weld two separate halfs of two IDI covers together to create the custom one. not easy.
<img src="http://www.j-body.org/registry/rammsteingt/personal_pic.jpg">
Cut the twin cam section off and weld it on to the HO IDI cover...very carefully
thats what i always thought, ive welded for awhile now and i couldnt even tell. It dosnt even look like theres any penetration to the front, still tho look hot
Its only cool if there is a actual 2.4 high output engine under it.

I've got my HO cover all ready to go. I just need another 2.4L cover to finish the project.
Anyone want to donate one?

It's about as HO as I'm going to make it. I don't see myself adding any more engine mods once the intake manifold is done, and I really don't care if that makes it an HO (or cool) in your book or not.
Just finding a shop willing to work on it was a chore in itself, I had to get two different shops to do different things, and it still turned out kind of sloppy. I had to do a lot of "cleaning up" to get it to look that good.
