i have 00-02 inners. the car is an 02... but i wanted something different for now. i know most people like the 00-02s better but for some reason im still partial to the 95-99s.
IMO it looks 100x better with stock tails but I must start the chant......

yeah i wish the front lined up better, but i just dont like the Type J front all that much. so i guess im sticking with this for now. plus the bumper and the spoiler make my car a little bit different than every other type J cav on here. I thought about doing the TRD front but i like my 00-02 headlights... so we'll see.
do they match well in person? in the picture it looks like the red is slightly different between the inners and outers (if that's the case get 95-99 outers, cause I agree... I'm more partial to them than the 00-02's)
I even like the 96-99 toyota tails better than the 00 toyota tails.

no the red doesnt match exactly. i was kinda disapointed about that. i might end up getting 95-99 outers to match. the thing is, my favorite outers are the 00-02 because they light up in a perfect circle, but i like the 95-99 inners the best. so im going to end up compromising one way or the other somehow. we'll see. for now im going to leave it like this for a short while and see what i think after i get used to them.
