Yup.. definetly the drop is needed.. i am currently buying H&R springs 1.6" drop on both sides.. should be fine then..

looks good white boy. yea, doesnt the damn wheel gap piss you off? i put loweing springs on just to get the car a little lower than 2 door height. oh well.
dark silver/charcoal would look so good. especially with your rims. good luck.
