How are you adhearing that to the plastic? Typically bondo and or fiberglass wont adhere to the surface, or so I thought. Hopefully it wont rattle off once you get it all done.
how dose the fiber glass stick on lookin good by the way
There are holes drilled through the panel because im going to fiberglass the back also, i also used aluminum pop rivets all around the outside in the 2nd layer of fiberglass, you can see some of them in the pictures. The partical board also has 6 screws drill into it from the back, theres alot of reinforcement because it doesnt stick well, i can pick the entire door panel up by speaker opening so its really solid and isnt going to rattle apart im only doing this once.

waste of a thread...should have been added to your current running thread about your panels.
they are looking nice though.
Looking better with the filler.

i dont really give a crap if you have been here for 5 years or a day. at the time i posted that comment your other thread about the same door panels was no more than 5 threads below the one you made....
i only stated that because i see so many people posting neumerous threads in the same forums at the same time. its just cluttered and annoying.
but i would love to see these smoothed out and painted. like i said...looking good
hurry up and finish it. Nice job.

Phil: You want a set that will be painted? Im carpeting these so theres less sanding required and not to get them done faster, because i personally like the look better
