my car wants to be like the Evil Z when it grows up
this is the MMS kit my buddy and i put just the driver side on for now, passenger side will go on while at ultimate audio, we installed the hinge without removing the fender, i thought i'd have to cut it off since it's molded to the car but it went on in about 2 hours without any problems...reason i say my car wants to be like bobs car is the similarities, lambo doors, silvia headlights, blitz kit and bagged....while it's at ultimate it will be getting a custom built dash and center console

looks great! ive always loved the silvia headlights and styling it after rob mulls car is a good move! his car is awesome! by the way... when are you goin in for paint? anytime soon? cant wait to see it finished!

i dont know bobs car is pretty good at picking up 1000$ checks at shows for best in class.
ive seen him pick up 2500$ worth of prize money at one show.
not to mention national media exposure, relationships with major manufacturers, and butloads of free gear.
besides, some people enjoy building there car for car shows. not everyone is using there car as a daily driver.

2,500 lol, thats an average show. He took home 8 g's and 9 trophies at the ncca/hin national finals last year in new jersey. not to mention they forced him to retire his car half way through the season at hin chicago because he was winning everything up until that point.
His success with the z also got him a brand new cobalt ss for free from gm, not exactly useless if you ask me.

I know Mull is the reason why i did what I did, he has a beautiful car and has really gave jbodies a name in the show car scene. not useless to me, freak of nature, Mull is a good person to look up to

Great start. Keep posting as you have updates...
I'll be honest. The ONLY reason I don't have 45* lambos like 'everyone' on this site is because of Mull. He gave out the company who made the kit and I called the day I got the phone number. THEN Speedway Performance (said company) got me my first sponsor... So not only does Mull deserve props for NOT being the 'typical J-Body owner', I want to meet him and shake his hand for helping me on my car (even if it was through mutual contacts...)
People who are 'performance' driven talk bad about Mull's car, but he has more engine work done than the majority of the people on this site...

some people may not like my car but the simple fact is the reason you all build your cars is for your self so anyways hopefully you guys will like my cobalt a little better becuase i decided to make it look like a cobalt instead of going crazy also i will be driving it on the street so any time someone would like to go cruisin or the track let me know it would be fun
and yes i do some of the work not all but some in fact i am doing a motor swap as we speak on a special project
