I need a shift boot. But i dont need the leather portion of it. I need the plastic piece that holds the leather boot down. The clips on mine broke. Where could i find this. My local junkyard is no help. Thanks in advance for the help!!
The dealer wants $50 for the boost and retainer. I lucked out and found one in the junkyard.(My clips are broke too). Try Carpart.com

Scratch that...i found it on gmpartsdirect.com....the GM part number for "Transmission Control Lever Boot/Retainer" is # 22630142....and they hav it listed for $29.75
