The upper area of the dash, I would like to change to Black from Charcoal. Can I paint it or use dye?

use duplicolor vinyl paint, you can get it at any major auto parts store. if you're new to painting your interior, check out the how to sticky at the top of this forum, it's a great write up. if you prep it right and take your time you will get great results. personally i recommend spraying the color with an hvlp gun and real auto paint, but if you dont have access to that, the duplicolor will work great...i used it the first time i painted my dash and i was happy with the results
