Friday after work I was driving the cav home and I noticed I was running really high RPM's... I was doing a constant 40mph and running at 2500rpm's in fourth gear (auto). So I tried a few things and then just guessed that my TB was sticking or something. When I turned the car off I noticed it was stuck at 1500rpm's....
I went out later that night and took it up to redline and it has since gone back down to normal but why would that of happened? Is it just the gauge like I thought?

happened to me...then the speedo went out about 2 months later, then the fuel gauge went out about three months later, you need a new gauge cluster. $65 from a junk yard but I suggest going with a sunfire gauge cluster, much nicer looking IMO.
