I thought since I got it upholstered already I might as well show it off...
I had my back seat done by this local guy I've been friends with for years (he did my seats years back in my Mazda mini-truck). So when I went back to him, he was glad to revisit one of my vehicles again.
Here's the great job he did on my rear 60/40 bench seat. It's the STOCK seat, but the underlying foam has been reshaped and new charcoal leather/suede has covered it, along with some burgaandy velour inserts.

ew. Not my style but nice job none the less.
not my choice but very good work, enjoy
The angled stitching doesn't match up. On the passenger side it goes to the corner which it doesn't do on the driver side. I'd complain if that was work I paid for.
I'm premium now! Woo!

the only thing i really dont like is the velour, but its not my car. looks good non the less.
They look good !
Semper Fi SAINT. May you rest in peace.
Why is there a gap between the seats? but other than that they look great.
I forgot to say... when I took this picture they weren't installed yet, just sitting there. So some of the lines look crooked and as was pointed out theres a large gap between them.
For those who don't quite understand, the look I'm going for it a kind of Hot Rod meets modern Euro luxury.... I know that kinda an odd combination, but with the rest of the plans I think the whole project will look good when complete.

dam its about time you posted those , LOL
the angle looks off on the 1 because the seat belt is lying on the rest of the seat
plus the 60/40 has odd propertions to begin with
they do look pretty good , in person
I like it, nice man; different; and that will be good at shows.

the passengar side insert is not below the headrest like the drvers side.. other than that looks good

"Boost tuning"....... have you had your 8 PSI today?
future name of the winter shop!!!
Yeah, the headrest do seem a little off...but they follow the original shape of the stock seats. The two sides are just flip flops of the same pattern, then the center section added to the longer side.

What do your front seats look like? The same?
looks good
something different.......

Yes, the front seat and rest of the interior will be done to match, but no I haven't done it yet. Getting alot of glasswork done to the Sunfire dash and door panels I swapped into my Cavalier, so I didn't want my front seats (99 Celica GT seats) to get fiberglass dut or resin on them after they were upholstered.
After the dash and doors are done everything is getting wrapped in suede or leather vinyl to match.
Thanks for all your comments.
Hopefully some of you realize I'm trying to push the envelope of "Sport Compact" to include other genres as well, including my Hot Rod and Minitruckin background (the stuff I grew up with).

thats fuc#king bad! i love it all but the bright red (velour?) IMO it would have looked better a little darker but with the rest all matched im sure its going to look awesome! i am looking forward to seeing your car in person.
Of course, that's just my opinion. It's your car. Do as you like.
