Whats up every one.... ok I have a 2002 Cav... and need some help....... The dash Bezel... ( the peice around the radio with the 3 vents and dimmer switch ect) i was looking to fiberglass it to hold my PSI gauge, Head unit and 7.4 inch Screen.... well I have been working on it for hmmmm.....3 months... and it looks like ill be doing it for another 6 months.... I am really frustrated with this project and was thinkin about goin to the Junk yard and just going back to stock....Unless there Is any one who would be able to do something like this for me.....
What exactly is the problem your having?? is it laying down the fiberglass or something ? maybe i can help you

If i sent it too you... you would be able to see what all is going on....
so far i have.......
head unit Cage Molded where the 2 A/C vents were (90 % complete)
Gauge pod where the Cig lighter was (75% complete)
its just the all around finish of the Bezel it just doesnt look the way i wanted....
None of this is Fiberglass yet..... It is just a Mold Built off of the original stock plastic peice..... i wanted to build it then fiberglass for durability and better finish...

im having problems with the damn thing gettin bubbles ... its not stickin to the plastic...
did you drill holes to let the resin in?? you should drill holes, let the resin get thru it, then throw a lil glass on the back to suck it together

how big should the holes be?
are you talking about the holes for the resin to leak through? just do a whole @!#$ load of little ones.. like 1/8 inch or so
