i got an 89 cavalier z24 convertible with the digital cluster. if i plug the vehicle speed sensor in speedo say\s triple actual speed and govenor kicks in around 25 actual mph. i replaced the sensor with one i got at a junkyard and same effect. anyone got any ideas?
do you know why that would cause it?
