Here's the pics. Anyways, the dilemma is that they have a gap on the edges. Should I wrap the pod in vinyl or fill the seam with some duraglass and then sand smooth, bondo etc then paint the whole bottom portion? I got this far, and I dont want to mess it up.

hey nice job bud. i'd say wrap them in vinyl. i think i would look good and be less expensive/time consuming.
hmmm im still thinking about what to do at this point...i think i might just spend another couple hours, fill the seam then have it painted. leaning towards that
