Dyeing, painting, spraying interior?

SO I have an 01 cav with the ugly ass tan interior.... I want to turn every thing black..... and grey.... What all am I going to need to do it right? How bad is this job gonna suck? If anyone really know's how much work this is please give me as much information as possible... I dont want it to look like all those rice boys, with there indoor/outdoor spray paint.

My mom's Cavalier has the ugly tan interior, yet she loves it. I like my dark graphite in my 05 better though

man i just got done doing my dash and its not to hard prep is the key when doing this if u are going to spray the top, i went to a shoe repair place and got some spray that works on everything for plastic i got this stuff that bonded to plastic that was at wal-mart for that stuff u don't need to sand it just clean it, it worked great. im happy as hell about my dash
