well i searched got some good info but wanted to make sure. i got a killer deal on a pilot steering wheel for my 00 cav for 20 bucks in the box. i went to autozone to get the adapter to make it fit and they said they didnt have it for my car but said that the adapter that fits from 1964 to 1994 all chevrolet models will work for my car. they said as long as they had the same number of holes.will this work? dont want it to be unsafe. if not could you all point me in the right direction as to where i could get the right one for my car. i really want to use this wheel because it has all the hookups for nitrous and stuff on the wheel.
if its like what i think it is, those buttons are for your horn. but anyways, how many holes are there in the center for mounting? that will decide the adaptor u need to use. if its 6 holes, you'll need a Momo adaptor. email Joe@modified-motorsports.com for the Momo one. He has it for $54 shipped, i believe

the steering wheel has a button big button in the middle for the horn. unless i want three horn buttons i guess i could wire the horn to that. i think that its 5 holes though. but thanks for the response.
i believe the 5 hole adaptor is the basic adaptor that can be ordered(if not in stock) at most autozone, advanced auto, or pepboys stores

oh all right i guess ill try that. but do you know if the 1994 adapter will fit my car because i think thats all they have and they said it would fit but i dont trust thier knowledge on cars.
if i remember correect, that is the right one. because its the same from the 2nd gen cavs, so it will fit exactly the same. If by some odd chance it dosent, take it back to em, cuz THEY said it would fit.

Cavipower1, if it works please post a pic. I think I know which wheel you got, and the Zone around the corner has the same one. I was told that that adapter is the right one though.
Gotta keep on livin', L-I-V-I-N
