I couldn't find anything on here about a rear seat swap that would look decent for what i had in my car (front red camaro seats) and getting factory seats custom done to match would cost wayyyy to much money. So i have begun to swap to camaro rear seats 95-02. As far as i have found on the forum non one has put these in the back of their car. It will make it a 2+2 instead of a rear bench and doesn't fit half bad in the back. I will be posting a how to when everything is done but i though id just see what you guys thing and if anyone is even interested in the how to. I have put in a couple pics on how they look just sitting in the car with no fasteners what so ever.

I have considered trying this for the longest time. I am glad that you did. Now I need to find some leather ones in ok condition.
Looks good. Sweet that you were able to find a set like that to match your car's interior.
What are your plans for the center?
Camaro rears had crossed my mind in the past, glad to see someone doing it
center is going to be 1 of 3 things
1. Hacked up center console out of a undecided car
2. Custom somthing made out of fiberglass
3. Painted and a place for a nitrous bottle to nest.

Not knowing your skills, I would go with #2 if you are good with FG. Personally, I'd like to see something that looks factory. The rest of the interior is very clean, and a nice console with drink holders matched to color and texture of the gray of the interior would look pretty sweet.
I was thinking of just using half of a cavalier center console. I have very little fiberglass experience.
Here is the latest picture with a center console finally decided on.

Center console out of a Saturn for the time being.
I just relized that the console I chose matches about exactly what Mr. Quick wanted, "something factory looking with cup holders, factory texture, and painted to match the rest of the car." It was black and I got some SEM graphite which is fairly close to our color and painted it.
I really like this. Nice job. Also that center console has a face, a very distraught one at that =P.

this is boss. when the kids get bigger and i dont need to fit 3 back there I will replace my malibu seats with the same camaro seats you have. I like the center console idea.
My sig- "Doing what needs to be done, although satisfactory, is a far cry from what can be done."
How did you mount all the seats down and the back.
Any back seat suggestions for a convertible? The back portion is smaller than the hard top version so the seat from my parts car wouldn't work.. thanks
I likey.
How much custom bracketing was required?
Building it one piece at a time
