anyone have a good method for making a template for the floor of the truck to make a false floor? Did some searching and found someone who was mailing templates out but it was from 2006
.
All I did was take a piece of cardboard and kept cutting it until it fit. Here's a decent pic but I can take some better ones if you want...
ask Austin (scrapz), he did a custom trunk and it looks great!

That was me. I was selling them for a while.
I may have one laying around. I can check if you like.
joey,
I still have yours hanging in my garage from years ago lol...
id be interested in one if someone has it.
I'll trace mine and send it for a few bucks..
Pm if interested
I have one too, but I made mine from scratch. Also, may be alittle different too because mine sits about 2" higher than the floor itself. Like stated above, just take some quick measurements, and cut it out of cardboard, then perfect it!
Also, Im pretty sure that cavy floors are a little different from sunfire floors....hell, I wouldn't be surprised if GM made the 'vert floors a little different as well. So, if you get a template off of someone, you may need to add/remove anyways.

looks nice, what made you pick "kitchen floor" material though? And whats under the access panel?
Wanted to do something a little different. Hadn't seen it done before in a car, and I like the looks of them in mini trucks. Under the access panel is where I put my cleaning supplies, and ocassionally some beer lol. Just meant to be a storage compartment
