hey there, just got my trim plate off the car, am going to paint it bodycolor, my question is how do i remove the cig lighter connector
what year/model? iirc if you take off the dash there should be a clip connecting on the back, take that off, then you should be able to pull the socket out without shocking yourself.
didn't we just have this thread some place here. i specifically remember it being with pictures and stuff. he said the only way is to just clamp it and pull, it will most likely break but you can pick one up cheap at a parts store.
two clips holding it on .. just hold both sides and remove. very simple. please do not pull.
