Stock 2004 ls sport 2.2L
Thanks
Wrong forum, sorry bout that.
go to menard's, buy a sheet of wire lathe, cut it to size. done.
Go to your hardware store. Lowes, Home Depot... your pick.
FOR SALE
Use masonry mesh which can be found at Menard's, Home Depot, Lowe's, etc. It is much thicker and stronger than other stuff like Gutter Guard for example. It is also galvanized which means if you don't paint it or anything, it won't rust and look like crap like Gutter Guard will. Also, they sell it in pretty huge pieces for cheap. One piece of it should be more than enough to put in a bumper and it shouldn't be anymore than about $10.00.
Here is the masonry mesh I had in the openings of my stock '02 Sunfire GT front bumper cover:
Here's when I was stupid enough to use Gutter Guard:
You can see the obvious difference looks-wise too. The masonry mesh looks like the mesh that comes in body kits and such, whereas the Gutter Guard just looks like @!#$.
not to be a dick but is'nt that what i just said?

What kind of adhesive do you use? I dont plan on trying to cut the mesh out perfect and putting it "in" the holes, just on the back of them.
urethane adhesive works well, 3M automix is what i had used last time i put mesh behind a plastic bumper

DONT try and use epoxy. It will be a nightmare. I used screws to hold mine in. just screw them into the foam stuff in the back. works like a charm.
yeah epoxy is bull@!#$, but the urethane adhesive will do it, its kind of like the stuff that hold windshields in
