Does anyone think this would be possible wiring wise? Im not really worried if it will not fit because i can fix that with fiberglass. Let me know what you think.

You can fix the fit with fiberglass, but that's not going to help the complete lack of electronic compatibility between the two vehicles.

However, if you're up to it, why not go ahead and wire the whole car as a Cobalt? Then you can do the LNF swap, too.
