did u unplug anything else besides the bulb sockets while u were back there? maybe accidently when u pulled the cluster?

hmm, i could be wrong, im not an expert, but it could be shoddy plugs, i know if they're old and havent been touched for a long time, pullin em and plugging em back in can finish em off lol, i know it did for my side markers. How to fix it, im not sure, but that might be the issue.

Led have a polarity, you need to plug + to + or the led will just not don't work

Just did this last weekend on mine( 99 cavy) Flip the bulb sockets 180 and reinstall, worked for me perfect. Not sure why your gauges are not working, have you checked to make sure the two plugs are back in all the way/ correctly? Did you damage any wires or the back side of the cluster board? Id start there if it was me.

did you disconect your battery before you unpluged your cluster, if you did not you may have fried something when you were unplugging it or plugging it back in. just a possibility.
