I just bought Sparco Fighter Racing seats for my 2004 Pontiac Sunfire. Bracket help please . Were can I get a J-Body Bracket or can i use my stock one and try to attach it.I have not installed racing seats ever and trying to figure this out.

You can use your stock brackets however if you are a tall person your head will hit the ceiling. I recommend purchasing the correct brackets or building them yourself. I have a welder working on mine I should have them back next weekend and I will see what type of interest he will have creating them for the community. The only additional information he will need is the with of the seat where it will bolt up.

sparco also makes brackets for our car in the 500 series brackets on their site... a good option if u want simplicity. they have slider kits too

The 500 series brackets will bolt right up to my stock floor bolts?
and a second question are all j-body brackets the same? form 95-05

The reason why I asked was because I found this:
If this is true I will get theses brackets and step by step,If sparco 500 series in not exact.
