Will a 225/45/17 fit on a 17x7 rim? sorry, not used to the site to find this info if it is on here.

My primax wheels are 17X7 with 235/45/17, 235/50/17 tires I dont' think those will fit maybe a 17X6.5 rim I have a Buick Park Ave. w/ OEM 16 that use 225/65/16 tires and thats smaller (width not height) then my Primax's

your totally confused about tire sizes period! you have not one, but two tires sizes that are just wrong lol.
