The only difference is wheel diameter...the bolt pattern is still 100mm. Yes they will fit...So would Sunfire rims, they're 100mm also. Dont forget that the bigger diameter wheel will need a smaller outside tire or you will need to have your car programmed for bigger wheels.

Well not to be rude on what you may like but 650 can get you an aftermarket rim and get away from OEM. You said that your gonna have to get new tires so search the web for wheel and tire packages. Yes those 03 rims look to be in good condition but pictures can be deceiving bro. Trust me, do some shopping 1st!!!
