i want some wheels the specs are 17, 7.5, +48 offset.

I have a 2004 cavalier. Would i have to roll my fenders?

Shouldn't need to roll the fenders, and 225-45-17 would be your size. Actually I wouldn't go more than a 45mm offset personally.

Are you lowered? If so how much? Unless you are slammed with almost no wheel gap you'll be fine.

48 might rub on the strut! should stick in the 35-45 range. BUT, on a 17x7.5, you should be fine.

A +48 on a 7.5 rim is going to tuck under the fenders pretty close to the same as the factory rims.

As for tire size, definitely get 225/45's for those.
