Tires squeel when turning on smooth pavement

Title pretty much says it. When I turn the wheels all the way in a shop or a parking lot or anywhere with reasonably smooth/slidey pavement the wheels chirp. I jacked the car up and looked for any movement in the wheels (back and forth, up and down) and there was none.

Buy new tires... So many people hate this sound that they get with say Tiger Paw tires back in the day on GMC trucks that came on the truck . If you don't like it get different tires, but If the ground is like a dealership floor or even a slick garage floor all most all will make a chirp/sound.

Normal. If you twist your shoes in the same garage it will make that sound.
