I tried doing some searching. but couldn't find me exact set up. Here is a low down...

Stock '98 Cavi RS
18" x 7.5" w/ +35 mm offset
225/40R18 tires

No plans to lower or any other suspension mods. Will i run into any rubbing or fender lip issues?

TIA

i had the same setup, the back wheels going to be fine. the front will be fine 95$ of the time. the rubbage will occur only when you take a very tight cornor. meaning when you turn the wheel almost all the way in one direction thats when it will rub. the rub is very minor you wont hear it or anything. you most likely in fact wont notice it since its rubbing tire against black plastic there is no sign of anythng unless you actaully get close and inspect, and in order to do that you wheels needs to be turned all the way in one direction so..

simple answer DONT WORRY ABOUT IT

18 inch w/ .48 offset 225/40/18zr's and minimal rubbing.

I am also lowered on 1.5 on B&G springs and AGX's.

You should be fine.
