go with falken out of the two, i know this isnt one of ur options but personally i love the toyo proxes 4.
i like the proxes too but they didnt have them at discount tire, and i was just gonna get my wheels and tires from them so they came mounted and balanced and i could just toss em on

i have the nittos on my 20's...of course its a rough ride..but a nice tire though..but when i purchase again i probably wont get them..id go with the falkens.
