I have a set of rims but the clear is coming off all the lips and centre of the rims. I would like to make it look new again but not sure how too any help would be greatly appreciated do i just sand polish and re-clear or what. Thanks to all who help or give any tips on easyier ways or better ways to do it.

if its coming off then it needs to be recleared
I know it needs to be re-cleared but do i sand off all the old clear polish and then clear if so what grade of sand paper do i use and do i wet sand and whats a good type of polish to use to shine it up before clear???
