how could i find out the offset. and what is the best offset for my car? 03 sunfire

the second, I'm not 100% sure... I think its 35-48mm depending on what size rim you are getting/suspension mods/etc

i beleve stock offset is 42mm, not 100% sure but thats what my wheels are.

i think my car has stock but it came with 18'' by 8'' wheels

their not stock, cavs only came w/ 16s being the biggest. if they fit, they fit. if you want to know the offset of the rim, look up your rim and find the info

stock offset on our vehicles i believe is 38mm (cant remember but it is definatly between 35 and 42mm).

the answer to the second question is as close to stock as possible. for handling purposes you will want to get an offset as close to the OE offset as possible.

The stock offset on a 95-99 16X6 Z24 wheel is 47mm. It is stamped into the back of the wheel.
