Ok first of all, I did look around for what I'm trying to figure out but I couldn't find it...so yeah, would I need to do anything to my car (suspension,struts,shocks) any of that so that I could put these rims on my car?

well if you need my expertise, it depends on the wheels your gonna choose
no but i do suggest lowering the car when putting rims on or else it looks stupid

Step 2 put new wheels on
Step 3 tourque nuts
step 4 drive away
