hey everyone i just recently came into some 17 inch rims for 100 bucks . only used for 50 or so miles and the tires have about that on them . the only problem is the lug patern is 5 x 108 . not 5 x 100. is it possible to just change the hub out ??? or would adapters be a better idea.? thanks for any info . if i need to change the hub what is needed? thanks

I would not try to use an adapter or change the hubs. Truthfully, I'd sell the 5x108mm wheels and buy that same wheel in a 5x100 version, if available.

Separate the wheels from the tires and you'd think you could easily get a few hundred bucks for the wheels. Then just put another hundred or two into new wheels of the proper lug pattern and you'd be good to go.

I'd personally never trust wheels that had adapters to get them to fit, if that were even possible.
