I've looked around and it seems everyone is running it on an ecotec, can it be used on a non-ecotec? Also, how do I install it?
The B&M Shift Plus is for the Transmission, not the engine. If you take a peak in the transmission forum, there is a huge stickied thread with every bit of information you will ever need on the B&M.

It says only four speeds, I has a three speed.
Then you can't use it. The design of your transmission dates back to the musclecar era.
Damn. Can I use some other type of shift kit? My dad always talked about shift kits for his Duster.
Search in the transmission forum. Think there was a post on it there.
Colt45, I gotta say, you're a good dude considering that I'm a 16 year old nOOB and you haven't given me a rash of @!#$..
Lol thanks. Hell, we're all new once. Whats the point of flaming every single noob on here. Its always nice to get an answer to a question instead of sarcasm.
I made TONS of post on this subject.

The B&M shiftplus is ONLY for the 4T40E. If you have a three speed......it is a completely different....EVERYTHING.
