clutch issues

my clutch has seemed really low for the past month now. (engaging i mean) but it shifts smooth and goes in to each gear fine. but today i went for a drive and on the way back my clutch started giving me problems. it felt like it didnt have any pressure at all and i could hardly get any gear to grab. came home and my fluid was low in my master cylinder. i filled it up and the clutch still was the same. i let the car idle for approx 5 minutes in nuetral and finally started to get a few gears easier and the car would move easier. i then noticed that my slave cylinder was leaking pretty bad from where it connects into the trans. so i pulled the slave cylinder and checked the o ring. everything looks good, there are no cracks, and the o ring is still in great shape. i put the slave cyldiner back in and then the clutch went to the floor and wouldnt come back up. so i began to bleed my clutch. on first bleed it was all air. so i shut it and had someone pump the clutch a few times. still the clutch went to the floor and stayed .i opened the bleeder again and finally after of air i started getting some fluid. i bled it for approx 5 minutes numerous times and the clutch still isnt getting any stiffter. my fluid in my resevoir is still full and the slave cylinder isnt leaking anymore. im stuck and dont know what else to do. does anyone have any idea or tips or advice on what i should do or what i need to replace? thanks in advance

It is possible that there is an internal leak past the seals of the master or slave cylinder, and the oil around the quick disconnect happened to be a coincidence. Is there a puddle underneath the car if you leave it overnight? If there isn't, the leak is either extremely minor, or it is internal...

Well after fixing this previous problem which was air in my line the same thing happened again 2 days ago but after bleeding it numerous times getting no pressure I found the problem. Huge leak from bell housing. I have a spare slave/tob and I'm replacing it in the morning. Hopefully this fixes my problem. Ill update after I'm done. Thanks
