I just bought my 00z24 5 speed and about a week in i put in an altenator now i think my release bearing is gone, when i let out the clutch theres this grindy groose bearing sound like its loose inside er something, then just today the clutch pedal started to f up, when i let it out it stayed in then poped out right quick by itself, like its sticky for the last 1/8th of the way in, anyways does anyone know what all shares the same bearings? or wheres the best place to buy one, and if this is a common problem, i searched and nothing came up for release bearing, thanks
