Umm as the subject states, my ets off light came on today. I just installed my pacesetter header, and rk sport lower motor mount. I was doing about 110-120kph when i kinda floored it. Everything was and still is good but the light is still on?? It shifts fine, other than a clunk when firt going into drive(maybe new motor mount). I did search and it seems as tho it might be the tps??? If this is the case is the tps located directly on the throttle body??
Is the IAT sensor plugged in? Having it unplugged has been known to make funny things happen with the transmission systems. (rough shift issue) Also check the cooling fan (rad fan) fuse. When my cooling fan crapped out and popped the fuse the ETS system shut down. Also check for loose connectors and broken wires on the ABS system. The ETS uses the same sensors as the ABS.
I'm also saying it is the IAT sensor.

It is plugged in. Where does it go after connecting it to the intake tube?? The plug seems fine tho, no corrosion or anything.
is your ebrake pulled up at all?
Needing 2.3 oil pump stuff? PM me...
^^^ lol no im not that dumb. Anyway i tried to scan it at home with my cheapo scanner and it wouldnt work. Brought it to work and scanned it with snap on scanner still wouldnt do anything. I checked my fuses and my cigarette lighter fuse was blown(20 amp fuse). So the scanner now works, and I cleared the codes and the light has stayed off. Weird how this fuse caused my ets light to come on. it threw a U1275 code which was a pcm data magenment malfunction(within the ABS system, and one code on the engine). So i guess the fuse i changed also effected my obd-II plug in, and wouldnt allow the scanners to work, and also the ets system to communicate with the rest of the computer. Thanks for the help though guys.
