so i dont know if i didnt search right or what but i couldnt find what i was looking for. Just how much power can the stock 5 spd trans handle? this is the one thing in my build i dont know what to do with other than LSD. my goal is 450hp to the wheels. will the trans hold?


horsepower is the force that determines at what speed you hit the wall, torque is the force that determines how far you take the wall with you after you hit it.

You'll be fine with a LSD.

Well Brandon Fetter was putting 486whp down with a stock F23 with an OBX LSD and running 11.9 @ 124 mph his clutch blew before the tranny.
