Yes before its mentioned i have searched and read what i can

My car is a 2000 Z24 Auto

Car i am looking at buying for DD and GF is a 2000 Cav or Sunfire 2.4 L 5 spd

What im looking to do is swap the Trans into the new car and pull my motor to start my build

I know all the parts needed will be with both cars but

Do i need to purchase the mount from TTR and GM or are there ways around this?

What do i need to do to swap the Auto back in the new car?

What would be the best way to deal with the ECUs? I have HPT and my car is already unlocked.

As much info as possible would be appreciated

Why not just swap your parts from your car onto the new one, and give her your old one?

Makes a little more sense to me than dropping more $$ into trying to do what you are doing.
