im tryin to make up a parts list up for my 3400 swap. after reading and reading all ive found is arguing about getrag or isuzu lol so. either way i need to buy a tranny so wat do u guys think i should buy nvg or a isuzu from a third gen 2.2 or 2200.
fyi it will prob be goin into a 97 z24.
If you get the tranny form a third gen 2.2 the trany will bolt right up but if i was you i woulnd go for the getrag its stronger

I've been running an Isuzu MK7 mated to my 3400 for 4 years. I beat the snot out of it regularly, and it hasn't failed yet. I finally got myself an HM282 which I'll be swapping in thgough

yea im thinkin im gonna do the nvg but does any one know a link with a good how to i know i need to make an extender for one of the cables but will the isuzu mounts just bolt on with spacers or wat. any help appericeated
i think i got it i use the rear isuzu mount with spacers and the stock nvg mount up front ive read a $HIT load and thats wat i gather. please let me know if i got that wrong any help apperciated.
