anyone know a part number or place to get the fluid lines that go from the tranny to the radiator? this is for an auto ecotec.
need to replace mine asap so i can finish my radiator change out. went to autozone and they said they couldnt even order the part.
any info is apreciated!
That is a GM only part. you have to get them from your local dealer.

damn....do you know if all the autos are the same basic design? or is the eco different?
Joe, aren't these lines basically a brake line? (ie. can't you buy the tube and bend/flare it yourself?)
I have this same issue and Im in an 86 2.0. My lines snapped when I tried to disconnect them :-( . Would the dealer Have lines for an 86?
I would suggest running an auxiliary transmission cooler (now you just need rubber lines) and who wants to exchange transmission and engine heat anyway : ) ?
I was changing my oil yesterday. I need a new top line at least. Got any part numbers.

yes for the most part, but the part that mounts to the tranny is not something you can reproduce. i ended up going to the yard, and figuring out they are all the same for auto trannys, so i got one from there
Just for information, Autozone carries these "Transmission cooling lines" for 23 a piece. You have to order them and pick them up the next day, but they are brand new to compliment a new radiator :-)
oh and its vdp parts number 008957 and 008958 i have other part numbers i dont know which you need
