I have an 02 cavi non-eco. just wanted to know if there is a difference between an 02 master and an 03.

I'll assume we're talking about the clutch master cylinder... all 00-05 ones should be interchangeable. GM made a slight change to them at some point, but I don't know if that was after production (for replacement ones) or during production.
