Hello. New guy here. I have a 2003 eco Cavalier with a bad trans. My buddy has a wreck 01 L200 Saturn with ecotech that has an identical looking transmission. Other websites to remain nameless state that you can only use an 03 in an 03, 02 in an 02, etc. What is the difference? Trans mounts and converter look the same as well as the electrical plugs. Is there a computer difference or something.
I just got a trans from a 02 Grand Am ecotech. Should this trans work in the 03 Cavalier LS.
