I have the "opportunity" to acquire a 92 Cav wagon. I love wagons, so no hatin' please

Needs a tranny, everything else is in good shape (for a 92). Not sure whether I'm better off picking up a used and swapping, or attempting an overhaul. Or the other option of just saying no to the whole deal.

Any input appreciated with regards to probable costs and tools required versus costs of swapping used.
