I have a buddy that had the Phantom Grip installed in his Cavalier and he loved it.

Now I have not have had personal experience with the Team Green unit, but would you trust something that was copied and re-done in a cheap fashion? Stiffer springs, yes. I wouldn't touch that thing with a 10 foot pole though. You cant go wrong with the experience and the know-how of a major company such as Phantom Grip.

The design might be similar, but TG does the R&D on their own product to ensure proper fitment.

I would trust TG's insert over PG's any day of the week. I know Brian is a GM tech, he went through and redesigned this (its not just a copy), and then has it made at a machine shop (not cheap). There isn't a single instance of anybody not happy with TG's insert, and not a single problem. Plus TG put out an auto insert when PG wouldn't even talk to us. And how often can you talk to the designer online and he'll help you install it? Try that with PG once.

I have the TG insert and I wouldn't trade it for a PG any day of the week. In fact, I trust TG so much that Brian and Tom built most of the performance side of my car. They did my auto-manual transmission swap, 2 clutches, turbo install (twice), and a couple other things. Brian and Tom are the ONLY two people other than myself that I trust to work on my car without my supervision.

I would agree 100% with the above statment TG>PG

They are great and they have sold 100's and not once a complaint. Phantom grip is over priced and you are just paying for a name when you use PG.

Thanks guys for the positive feedback! I should put up a thread in P&M asking for all T/G customers to post up pics of their "Powered by: Team GREEN" stickers
