today when i was driving around town i stopped at a stop light and tried to put it n first and it wouldn't go n 1st... i had to push really hard to get it in first..all the other gears....when i stopped and got gas it went n all of the gears perfect... didn't know if i need a new clutch or what what wrong with me car... no one really new what was wrong with it when i took it up to the shop... thanks
Its typical with our cars, my 03' does it from time to time and all i do is pull it into 2nd then it useally goes into 1st.
dont know what it is i think it my b my throw out bearing or something with my clutch just makes a whinding sound or could b low fluid...idk any help is good its my daily driver

but I've had the same problem with my shifter.
Its esp bad with reverse. Sometimes, I have to turn the car off and start it again and put it in reverse.
