i have an 03 cav auto that i want to swap to a manual how do i go by to do that?

Well, it was there. I know because I put it there. I don't know where it went though. I had actually sourced it from here, so searching this forum should find it.
Short and sweet- you need to swap every drivetrain part (trans, axles, flexplate to flywheel, etc). I can't remember if you need to swap the PCM and/or wiring harness, but you most likely will on an 03.

I did it on an 01 To put an 03 and you need a lot of parts including the wiring harness, Pcm unless you reflash it, Rear mount can be ordered from gm, Front mount from turbo tech racing, Tranny, axles,clutch,flywheel, Bolts for mounts and flywheel,Center console has to be modified unless you want a new one, Shift cables, Shifter assembly, A welder to put the mounts or a friend that has one, Master cylinder and you have to cut out the holes in the firewall, And the pedal assembly or just the clutch pedal if the big brake pedal doesnt bother you its not to hard just a pain to get all the parts.
Oh if you want pics and info on how to do it I think John Lenko has it up somewere.
