I'm swapping the automatic tranny in my car for a 5spd. I need to know what transmissions will fit. I have an 01 Sunfire 4dr 2.2 and anything else I need to swap out.

swap a better motor in their while your doing the tranny. you would need a getrag from a 2000-2002 2.2. the 2.4 and the ecotec and the 2200 all have diffrent housings so you have to get the right one. lenko is the person i know has swaped to 5spd.
first things that come to mind are axels tranny 5spd engine wiring harness and ecu plus the peddle assembly clutch lines linkage
